HOW TO BUY
IMPAVID GIRL is an online store with fashion, beauty products and accessories.
Each item is described with the Brands name, has size and material information, as well as place of origin. Items we ship come from all over the world. Here's what happens when you place an order:
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR VARIANT
On some items, you will be given an option to choose between sizes, colors or other variants, please choose your desired model.
Make sure you read full description of the product to avoid any misunderstanding.
STEP 2: PAYMENT
Payment can be done with Credit, debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), paypal, followed with few others third party payment gateways.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

STEP 3: PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
After finalizing your order, you will receive and email with confirmation of your order. If you didn't make that order, make sure to notify us about this issue right away.
Next, after we receive your payment, your order will be processed within 24h, in case of some items, thlere might be a delay time of 2-5 days, which you will be informed about.
STEP 4: SHIPPING
Shipping time is written under each product. Shipping time may vary depending on your location. You will be informed when your items are shipped and if you do not receive them after 21 days since given shipping date, please contact your local customs office as they might have suspended delivery of certain items and will require you to claim the item and pay the customs tax. This issue is not dependent on the store but on your country shipping policy and we do not hold responsibility for the suspended items. If you do not claim an item held by customs office, they might return it to the sender.
Some orders might be delivered in separate packages, depending on size, weight and location. Each item will have a tracking number that will be sent do you. So, be sure to check on it and track your package.

Shipping is FREE worldwide but in case of needed insurance for the package or special courier delivery, you will be charged additional fee, depending on size, weight of the product and your location.
STEP 5: RECEIVE THE ORDER
Receive the item. And make sure to give us feedback! In case of issues with the items, please refer to Returns & Refunds page.
You might be required by your local customs office to pay taxes calculated from your purchase, some customs office also add other handling fees and those payments are customers responsibility and they are not dependent on our store.
