SHIPPING & PACKING POLICY
1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship internationally. SHIPPING WITH POST IS FREE.
However, on some products, especially the more valuable ones we recommend you to ship using courier shipping, such as FedEx, UPS, etc. Then the shipping fee may vary depending on your location as well as the location of product being shipped to you. They offer insurance and tracking services, but be aware, those delivery agents have higher prices than regular post offices.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING LAWS & CUSTOMS
Be aware that different countries have different shipping rules and regulations. Some packaged might be stuck at customs or might be returned due to a law forbidding certain items in given countries. Before you purchase anything online, make sure your country's customs allows this given item. Also, make sure you know in what cases a package might be stopped at customs of your country.
3. PACKAGE TRACKING & INSURANCE
We try to make sure each packages has its tracking number but the regular post packages will not be insured, to insure a package (which is recommended for valuable goods), please choose FedEx, UPS or others to avoid any damage. Some items, such as luxury products, electronics or jewelry will ONLY be shipped through a courier shipping service.
4. RECEVING THE PACKAGE
Make sure you will sign for your order and record any issues with your delivery when opening the pack. This proof might be necessary in case of refunds or returns.
Sometimes, depending on the weight of your package and way of shipping you have chosen, the order might be split into smaller packages. There is also possibility of separate items being shipped from different warehouses around the world, resulting in your order being split into separate packages. When this happens, you will be given separate tracking numbers.
